The Flats in Cleveland, Ohio were changing. Back in 2011, plans to renovate parts of The East Bank of The Flats were set in motion and I began to document different parts of The Flats. Many of these areas would be unrecognizable today, so I'm glad to have documented this bit of Cleveland history.
